By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
2. Product information
We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions and information on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Minor errors in pricing, descriptions, or product information may occur. No rights can be derived from obvious mistakes or inaccuracies.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
Available payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) may vary depending on your location. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their country before placing an order.
4. Processing and delivery
- Processing time (dispatch): 1–3 business days
Shipping time after processing: 1–7 business days, depending on location - Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country.
- Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by high demand, holidays, or customs processing do not entitle customers to cancellation or a refund.
5. Returns and cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds or chargebacks cannot be initiated before the item has been received.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the relevant item.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Atlanta Rose is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
